SENTECH, Inc. was founded as a small business in 1989. SENTECH principals are Dr. Rajat Sen, a Ph.D. chemist who now serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Jonathan Hurwitch, the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Together they have nearly 50 years experience in the public and private sectors directing the development and/or commercialization of energy technologies and managing large, publicly funded projects.

Today, SENTECH comprises a multidisciplinary team of engineers, economists, technology commercialization professionals, policy analysts, business analysts, and communications professionals committed to providing complete solutions to clients by developing, evaluating, and deploying clean energy and energy efficiency technologies for stationary and transportation applications. Our technical expertise in renewable energy, distributed generation, energy efficiency, and advanced transportation technologies, and our management and outreach and communications skills allow us to provide a full range of services.

SENTECH’s staff consists of experienced and dedicated individuals with a variety of backgrounds who are committed to clean energy technologies. These individuals – engineers, policy and market analysts, communications and management specialists – can be quickly integrated into multidisciplinary teams to provide clients with the specific resources they require.
