Student Affairs supports: 1) programming designed to familiarize Adult Learners, Military, and Veterans with campus resources, 2) strategic partnerships with units across the campus; and 3) building a community of peer-to-peer and professional relationships designed to increase the success at ECSU and beyond. |
Description of Work | The coordinator of Veteran, Military, Adult Learner, and Student Success provides programmatic, operational, administrative and co-leadership for the department, specifically around programs and services designed to ensure the success of adult learners and military-affiliated students at ECSU. The position will aid in building program support capacities, advising prospective and enrolled students about resources and opportunities for involvement and representing Student Services and the Division of Student Affairs on campus and within the surrounding community. |
Competencies/Knowledge Skills, and Abilities Required in this Position | Bachelor's degree Required Preferred: Master's Degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education or a related field is preferred: experience in Military and Veteran's services |
