Sentara is hiring a Manager, Operating Room Business Operations s for Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, in Norfolk, Virginia.

Shift: Full Time, on-site. M-F

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree REQUIRED, Master's Degree preferred
  • 3 Years Related Work Experience in Surgical Procedures Environment REQUIRED. Can include Intervention Radiology, Cath Lab, Cardiac Catherization, Operating Room, Peri-Operative, Ambulatory Surgery, Hospital Procedures REQUIRED

Job Summary

Assumes responsibility and accountability for coordination of the business functions within the surgical services areas. Responsible for billing/revenue processes including management of the Surgical Information System. Coordinates the development and marketing of new services within the business unit. Contributes to the success of the hospital through achievement of system, hospital, and department goals and objectives.

3 years experience in surgical services environment required. MBA preferred.

BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
