Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


The Program Analyst will be accountable to assist the Sr Program Manager in conducting typical project management tasks. These tasks will include, but not limited to, financial tracking, meeting coordination, schedule tracking and development, keeping meeting notes, and communication with the customers. DTB Mission Systems has a variety of CPFF and FFP programs. Most of our programs are designing and manufacturing product-based deliverables. The ideal candidate will be technically minded and have a product-based, manufacturing background.


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Support the Program Manager with day-to-day tasks ensuring the overall program health
  • Assist with preparation of program reviews and monitor progress
  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings
  • Organize and track CDRL's and other deliverable documentation
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for all project and technical representation regarding project status, compliance, task order conditions, and overall performance
  • Ensure quality checks are completed and documentation is kept appropriately
  • Develop and maintain BOMs and Parts Lists
  • Work collaboratively with the Product Mangers, Platform Operations, Project Management and Quality Assurance to establish and manage program execution.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-year degree preferred, with 3+ yrs. program analyst experience
  • Strong work ethic is a must
  • Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or experience in a technical role is desired
  • PMP and/or PGMP certification preferred
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, applied to all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, project managers, senior technical staff, vendors, contractors, and administrative support
  • Ability to develop budgets and actively manage costs associated with the individual projects
  • Familiar with government contracts regarding type and structure
  • Familiar with ERP/MRP software
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance is required
