We are currently seeking a professional, career oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team as the Assistant Manager of our Member Service Center. This candidate will assist the Manager with hiring, training, assignment of job duties, establishing work schedules, supervision of employees, regular communication of job performance, thorough job evaluation, employee development opportunities, and appropriate use of corrective action when necessary. In addition, this individual will provide leadership and motivation to the staff while overseeing activities to ensure established production, sales and quality goals are routinely met; interacts directly with staff members on daily basis to coach, motivate, and inspire each toward the achievement of established individual and team goals. The ideal candidate will also possess strong call center managment skills and telephone skills, which should include call routing experience, workforce management experience, etc. This position requires a minimum three years supervisory experience, and two years credit union experience. Must be willing and able to work extended call center hours and Saturdays as needed with little or no advance notice.   • Two years of college or equivalent work experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Ability to use discretion and sound judgment and to solve problems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • Clear and professional phone manner; or a reasonable alternative to communicate, if possible.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and analytical skills.
  • Accurate inputting of 40 wpm desired.
